Game Platform Service Terms
These terms apply to Fah Swe hosted game delivery, integration credentials, game API access, client applications, subscriptions, and related support.
1. Service scope
Fah Swe provides managed H5 game technology for approved client applications, including CDN delivery, integration credentials, session and callback services, dashboard access, and support appropriate to the selected package. Access is licensed for the paid service period; no source-code ownership is transferred unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
2. Virtual entertainment only
The service may be used only for lawful virtual entertainment. The client must not enable cash wagering, deposits made to gamble, cash redemption, cash-out, transferable-value credits, prize conversion to money or valuable property, unlawful lotteries, or any gambling use. Virtual credits must remain closed-loop, non-transferable, and non-redeemable. Fah Swe may reject, suspend, or terminate prohibited use.
3. Client responsibility and compliance
The client is responsible for its application, users, age controls, local laws, app-store rules, privacy notices, moderation, taxes, and regulatory approvals. Approval by Fah Swe is a technical and commercial decision, not legal advice or a regulatory license. The client must provide accurate company, ownership, traffic, package, callback, and technical information.
4. Application review
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Fah Swe may request identity, company, domain, package, traffic, security, or compliance evidence. Credentials are issued only after approval and required payment. Material changes to the application or use case must be reported before production use.
5. Fixed monthly packages
The game-platform service is billed as a fixed package, not as a percentage of the client's game activity. Package limits may include applications, enabled games, launches, concurrent users, regions, and support. The dashboard and invoice identify the approved price and service period. Taxes or payment processing fees may be additional where applicable.
6. Due dates, suspension, and reactivation
The dashboard shows the paid-through date, remaining days, invoice status, and any grace period. When the paid period and grace period end, Fah Swe may deny new sessions and mark the client application suspended. A verified full payment may reactivate the subscription automatically. Manual transfers are not treated as paid until verified; AI messages, screenshots, or client-side success screens are not payment proof by themselves.
7. Credentials and integration security
The client must protect its App ID, secret, signing keys, callback endpoints, infrastructure, and authorized staff accounts. Secrets must remain on trusted servers and must never be embedded in mobile packages, web pages, H5 assets, logs, screenshots, or public repositories. The client must use HTTPS, signature verification, timestamps, nonces, idempotency keys, allowlists, least privilege, and prompt credential rotation after suspected exposure.
8. Wallet and callback integrity
Balances, debits, credits, and subscription status must be decided by trusted servers. The client must reject replayed, expired, invalidly signed, duplicated, or out-of-order requests and return stable idempotent results. The client may not manipulate outcomes or wallet records through browser code. Fah Swe may rate-limit or block integrations that threaten platform or user safety.
9. Fair play and game outcomes
Production rounds must be server-authoritative and auditable. Visual animation must faithfully show the server-decided result. Clients may not secretly target individual users, alter outcomes after bets are accepted, misrepresent probability, or use deceptive interfaces. Published rules and reward behavior must match the actual implementation.
10. Availability and changes
Fah Swe uses reasonable operational safeguards, but uninterrupted or attack-proof service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upstream outages, abusive traffic, force majeure, emergency security work, and third-party failures may affect availability. Game versions, API requirements, limits, and security controls may change with reasonable notice where practicable.
11. Data protection
Each party must process personal data lawfully and only as needed. Clients should send the minimum data required for the integration and must not send passwords, payment card data, private messages, or sensitive identity documents through game callbacks. Retention, incident response, subprocessors, and deletion obligations may be detailed in a separate data-processing agreement.
12. Acceptable use
Automated abuse, credential sharing, reverse engineering beyond applicable legal rights, scraping, malware, denial-of-service activity, fraudulent callbacks, unauthorized reselling, sublicensing, security bypass, and infringement are prohibited. Security research must use Fah Swe's authorized disclosure channel and must not access other users' data.
13. Intellectual property
Fah Swe and its licensors retain rights in the hosted games, SDK materials, APIs, designs, documentation, and service marks. The client retains rights in its own application, branding, and content. Any custom deliverable ownership must be stated in a separate written agreement.
14. Cancellation, refunds, and termination
The client may request cancellation before the next service period. Unless law or a written order states otherwise, used service periods and completed setup work are non-refundable. Fah Swe may suspend immediately for security threats, fraud, prohibited gambling use, legal demands, or material breach, and may terminate after notice when remediation is not possible.
15. Liability and support
Support scope and response targets follow the approved package or separate service-level agreement. To the extent allowed by law, indirect, consequential, speculative, or lost-profit damages are excluded, and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.
16. Agreement and updates
The person accepting these terms confirms authority to bind the client organization. The application records the accepted version, time, account, and network address for audit. Material updates apply prospectively after notice or at renewal, except urgent security or legal changes that may take effect sooner.
