1. Overview

Fah Swe builds websites, mobile apps, games, and custom software for clients in Bangladesh and worldwide. When you order new development or a new feature through your client portal, we deliver the work, mark the project complete, and ask you for a short success review.

The Program connects: (A) a fixed $1 USD bonus after eligible finished project reviews, (B) affiliate commissions on referred purchases, (C) KYC identity checks for catalog loans, rent, and development-loan paths, and (D) optional coupon codes that apply percent discounts on unpaid invoices and eligible orders.

2. $1 completion bonus

When a new feature order or new development project is completed (status Finished) and you successfully submit the required client review, Fah Swe credits a wallet bonus automatically (default $1.00 USD; amount can be changed by Fah Swe in admin wallet settings).

This is a thank-you bonus for confirming delivery — one bonus per completed project. You will see a confirmation dialog such as “You got $1 for your recent completed project,” plus an in-app notification and a REVIEW_BONUS line in wallet history.

3. How to earn the bonus

Step 1 — Place a new feature order or development project from your dashboard.

Step 2 — We build and deliver the work. When the project is marked Finished, your dashboard shows a review reminder.

Step 3 — Open Complete review, write what we delivered, choose a star rating, and submit (photos are optional).

Step 4 — On success, $1 is added to your wallet and a dialog confirms the credit. You can open Wallet anytime to see the balance.

4. Affiliate system

Refer Pro is not automatic. Apply from Dashboard → Affiliate (sidebar). Full rules: /program/affiliate.

When someone signs up with your approved Refer ID and later pays Fah Swe, you earn a live admin % of money actually received (loan example: $100 paid → % of $100, not the unpaid rest). Credits go to the same wallet; withdraw via Binance, bKash, bank, or PayPal after approval.

Affiliate earnings appear as AFFILIATE_CREDIT. No commission if the program is off, the seller is not approved, or the buyer did not use the Refer ID at signup.

5. Wallet & use of credits

Your wallet balance is in USD and is visible under Dashboard → Wallet. Credits from review bonuses and affiliate commissions can be used toward eligible Fah Swe purchases according to checkout rules on each product or order.

Deposits, bonuses, and affiliate credits are separate ledger lines so you can audit every change. Live site database and private account data are never shared publicly.

6. Weekend holiday — Friday & Saturday off

Fah Swe observes a fixed weekly holiday every Friday and Saturday (calendar days in Asia/Dhaka timezone). These two days are company off days for live human support, ticket replies, phone/WhatsApp calls, and real-time chat responses.

On Friday and Saturday your client dashboard automatically shows a colorful weekend holiday banner explaining that the office is closed and that we usually cannot respond until the next working day. The banner appears only on those two days and disappears automatically from Sunday onward.

What still works on holiday: you can log in, browse products, place orders, pay invoices or loan installments, upload files, and open tickets. Messages and orders are queued. What pauses: live engineer/support replies, scheduled calls, and same-day turnaround expectations.

Normal working days are Sunday through Thursday (Asia/Dhaka). Non-urgent work resumes from the next Sunday/Monday business window after the Friday–Saturday break. For the written policy and SEO-clear statement of hours, stay on this Program page section (/program#weekend-holiday) or the Bangla version (/bn/program#weekend-holiday).

This holiday policy is intentional company schedule — not an outage. Emergency production-down issues may still be noted via tickets, but guaranteed same-day human response on Friday or Saturday should not be expected.

7. KYC (Know Your Customer) — why, where, and how

What KYC means at Fah Swe: KYC is identity verification before we treat certain money flows and contracts as fully trusted. It proves that the person paying for a catalog app loan, rent setup, or development-loan path is a real client linked to the account — not a stolen login or anonymous payer. KYC is not a public profile; your ID images, face capture, and signature stay private for compliance and fraud prevention. Official handbook: https://fahswe.com/program#kyc (Bangla: https://fahswe.com/bn/program#kyc).

Why Fah Swe needs KYC: (1) Protect you and Fah Swe from unauthorized payments and chargebacks. (2) Match the person who signed the contract with the person who pays installments. (3) Meet basic due-diligence for loan-style and long-term rent commitments. (4) Reduce fake accounts that abuse support tickets or place orders without identity. Without KYC where the portal requires it, installment pay, some ticket actions, and some new orders stay blocked until verification is complete.

Where KYC is required in the client portal: Catalog App Loans (Dashboard → Loans) — after admin lock / when the loan is active, Complete KYC before paying installments. Rent orders — after apply / lock, KYC is part of the rent contract path before the rent project fully starts. New development loan path — after Final approve, if you choose Loan (not 100% full payment), live-camera KYC + signature is required before advance / project start. Simple feature orders and full-payment invoices usually do not ask for KYC alone; gates appear when a catalog-loan KYC is still pending on your account.

How the KYC process works step by step: Step 1 — Open the emergency KYC banner on your dashboard, or go to My Loans / Rentals / Development loan and tap Complete KYC. Step 2 — Choose an ID type in the wizard and upload clear front/back images if asked. Step 3 — Complete live face / camera liveness so the photo matches a real person at that moment. Step 4 — Draw or confirm your authorize signature if required. Step 5 — Submit; admin reviews when needed. Step 6 — When KYC is accepted or linked, installment pay, gated tickets, and blocked order actions unlock again.

What you see if KYC is missing: An emergency-style KYC banner can appear at the top of the client dashboard. Paying a catalog loan installment, creating certain support tickets, or starting some new orders may return an error that points you to Complete KYC for the named app. Finish KYC once for that loan so money and support stay tied to a verified identity.

Privacy and safety: KYC files are stored for business verification — never published on Recent Work, Ranking, or public thank-you pages. Do not share KYC upload links. Use good lighting and a real ID; blurry or mismatched face checks fail and delay payments. Keep profile phone and company data accurate so invoices and KYC stay consistent. Admin KYC review follows Fah Swe working days (typically Sunday–Thursday, Asia/Dhaka). You can submit on Friday or Saturday; live human review usually resumes the next working day. 8. Coupons — how discounts work and how to use them

What a Fah Swe coupon is: A short code (for example SAVE30) created by admin with a percent discount such as 2%, 10%, or 30%. When the code is valid and applied to an unpaid invoice — or saved on an eligible order before the quote invoice is built — the invoice shows Original amount → Coupon percent and discount money → Final amount due. The same breakdown appears on print and PDF invoices, client project invoices, and Recent Work when a coupon was used. Official handbook: https://fahswe.com/program#coupons (Bangla: https://fahswe.com/bn/program#coupons).

How you get a coupon: Coupons are issued by Fah Swe — launch offers, partner campaigns, support goodwill, or private codes shared by admin or sales. Clients cannot generate their own codes. Keep shared codes private. Codes may have max uses, expiry dates, minimum amounts, and applies-to limits (ALL, FEATURE, SERVICE, RENT, LOAN, or INVOICE).

Where to enter a coupon: (1) New feature order form — optional Coupon code before Preview / Submit; stored on the order and applied when admin quotes and builds the invoice. (2) Unpaid invoice page — Coupon / discount box: type code → Apply (or Clear before any payment). (3) Feature payment dialog — same apply box if the quote invoice is still unpaid. (4) Admin can apply a code on an unpaid invoice from the admin invoice view. After any payment is recorded, the coupon cannot be changed.

How the discount math works: Line items stay at quoted rates (original / subtotal). Discount percent comes from the coupon. Discount amount = subtotal × percent. Final amount = subtotal − discount (+ tax or adjustment if any). Project total rate and amount due update to the final figure. Example: subtotal $100 + coupon 30% → discount $30 → final $70.

What you see after apply: Invoice totals show Original amount, a Coupon block with the code and percent, Discount amount, then Final amount and Amount due. Client project → Invoices tab shows Original / Coupon / Final when a discount exists. Public Recent Work may show a strikethrough original price and −% badge next to the final price when that project invoice used a coupon.

Rules and limits: Invalid, expired, inactive, overused, or wrong-scope codes are rejected with a clear error. Coupons are percent-based. They do not replace KYC, contracts, or payment proof. Abuse, leaked codes, or chargebacks may void discounts. Admin can disable a code anytime from Sales → Coupons. Wallet credits and coupons are separate — a coupon lowers the invoice; wallet pay (if offered) is another payment method. English: /program#coupons · Bangla: /bn/program#coupons.

9. Important rules

The $1 bonus applies only after a successful gated review for a Finished feature-order or development project — not for public visitor ratings on /work pages.

One $1 bonus per project. Duplicate reviews do not create extra credits.

Fake reviews, self-referral abuse, or chargebacks may void credits. Fah Swe may pause or adjust the Program with notice on this page.

This Program is not a bank account, investment product, or guarantee of future earnings.

Friday and Saturday are weekly holidays (Asia/Dhaka). Live support response is not guaranteed those days — see section 6.

KYC is mandatory where the portal requires it (catalog loan installments, rent/development loan paths). Skipping KYC blocks those actions — see section 7 (/program#kyc).

Coupons only apply on unpaid invoices with a valid code. Paid invoices cannot be re-discounted — see section 8 (/program#coupons).
