Ready-made: pick an existing rent app from the catalog and apply. New development: write a title and description; default extra charge and monthly rent are shown; Fah Swe reviews and can adjust the price.
Can the monthly rent change?+
Yes. Admin can adjust monthly rent and the new-development extra charge after review. The amount on your order and invoice is what you pay.
Do I get the source code with Rent?+
No. Rent never includes source, ZIP, or repositories. For source code, use Digital Products (buy once) or Loan (installments, source after completion).

Admin reviews in Rent Orders. Scope can go through correction. When correction is locked you complete KYC (ID photos, face, signature). Fah Swe creates a contract with your KYC and the rent rules. You sign in the client dashboard only. Then the rent project starts — with those same terms on the project.
