What Public apps means
Public apps is Fah Swe’s short name for a Google Play Console publish service. You order at /dashboard/public-apps after login (client dashboard only — not a public landing page). Program policy lives at /program/public-apps. It is not App Loan (/loan), App Rent (/rent), Feature order, or New development — those are separate products with their own program docs and blogs.

Step-by-step order
1) Log in and open Dashboard → Public apps (/dashboard/public-apps). 2) Enter app name, short description (~80 chars), long description. 3) Paste Google Drive link for app logo — do not upload images to fahswe.com. 4) Paste Google Drive link/folder for eight screenshots. 5) Invite fahswe.me@gmail.com on Play Console with full permission. 6) Pay fixed $121.61 via bKash, bank, or other listed gateways; paste TxID and Drive link for payment proof. 7) Submit → under review / pending.
Review and project start
Admin Confirm payment creates your delivery project automatically and shows a Play Console–style dashboard banner. Reject/Cancel returns a reason so you can fix Drive links or proof. Review usually completes within 24 hours; busy periods may take longer.
