Fah Swe Support Policy
Six months included · Renewal · Paid-feature extensions
Software support rules for Fah Swe clients in Bangladesh and worldwide: included coverage, expiry, paid renewal and the one-month benefit for new paid features.
On this page
1. Six months of included support
An approved/activated loan app or the start of a new development project includes six months of support. Existing free support benefits for rental and digital purchases remain available. Check the exact start and expiry in Dashboard → Support Plans; publishing this policy does not reset existing agreements or administrator-adjusted dates.
Included support covers help operating the agreed delivered scope, bug-report review and investigation of reproducible errors. New features, redesigns, major migrations, third-party fees and hosting/licence costs require a separate quote unless the agreement includes them.
2. Renewal is required after expiry
When both included and paid coverage have ended, purchase a support plan to renew. Technical support, bug/error assistance and support-ticket work are unavailable until renewal. Official contact remains available for account, billing, security and legally required communications.
Open Support Plans, select the related purchase and choose an available Month, 6 Month or Year plan. Paid coverage activates after successful payment verification/approval. A submitted reference or pending payment is not active support. Renewing preserves the days remaining on existing coverage.
3. One extra month for each paid feature
Final delivery of each new paid feature adds one calendar month to support for the related app/project, once per paid, non-cancelled feature card. The month is added after the current active expiry; if coverage already expired, it starts from delivery. Quotes, requests, test builds and repeated delivery of the same feature do not add months.
Example: if coverage ends on 20 December, delivery of one new paid feature moves expiry to 20 January. If that calendar day does not exist, expiry uses the last day of the month. Only the related app's coverage is extended. The original scope of a new development project is not itself a new-feature bonus.
4. Email and dashboard notices
Each coverage period receives at most two expiry emails: one seven days before expiry/within that reminder window and one when it expires. Each one-month feature extension has a separate confirmation email. Close the red dashboard warning with × to dismiss that same warning for the current period. A new period or changed expiry status can show a new relevant warning. Full policy: /support-policy.
Notices identify the app/project, expiry date and direct portal renewal link. Queued expiry notices for an old date are suppressed after renewal or extension. Email delivery depends on the mail service; the current coverage shown in the dashboard remains authoritative.
5. Scope and contact
Free or paid support does not guarantee a resolution time, ranking or third-party service availability; any separately agreed SLA applies. Friday and Saturday remain the weekly holiday in Asia/Dhaka under the existing holiday policy. Active support does not bypass KYC, payment or security requirements for an agreement.
Use Fah Swe's official Contact page for billing, account or support-renewal assistance. Rights and remedies required by applicable law remain in effect.
