You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform security.
Digital product purchases are subject to the license terms provided at the time of sale. Refunds follow the Fah Swe Refund Program at /refund: unused digital kits may be reviewed within 7 days if not downloaded; custom work (new development, feature orders, rent, loan) is not refunded after you confirm and the project is In Progress — including any advance.
All content, code, designs, and trademarks on this site are owned by Fah Swe unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or redistribute materials without written permission.
We provide services on an 'as is' basis to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in the preceding twelve months.
