Project Overview
This delivery was a major feature-upgrade and final-correction phase for an existing Voice Party application. The work focused on improving room economics, room ranking, Google Play billing compatibility, payment gateway behavior, agency and BD onboarding, host management, wallet presentation, withdrawal processing, Coin Seller settlement, and Admin Panel control.
The goal was not simply to make visual changes. Several important application workflows were revised so that the mobile application, financial rules, user roles and Admin Panel could work together more efficiently and match the client's operational requirements.
Delivered Scope
1. Room Reward Changed from Coin to Diamond
The Room Reward system was corrected so that rewards use Diamond instead of Coin.
- Room reward currency changed from Coin to Diamond
- Related reward presentation updated to follow the revised Diamond-based business rule
- Room reward behavior aligned with the client's requested economy structure
2. Intelligent Room Priority & Ranking System
The room-list ordering logic was upgraded to make active and valuable rooms easier for users to discover.
The requested priority order was implemented as follows:
- Pinned Rooms receive the highest priority and remain above normal rooms.
- After pinned rooms, rooms receiving the highest amount of Gifts receive higher priority.
- When gift activity is no longer active, the room no longer retains gift-based priority.
- Normal room ordering then considers the number of active users in the room.
This creates a dynamic room-discovery model instead of relying on a simple static room list.
3. Real-Time Room Ranking Behavior
- Pinned room priority remains first
- High gift activity can move eligible rooms upward
- Gift-based ranking can change when gift activity stops
- User-count ranking is used after the higher-priority conditions
- Room ordering reacts to current room activity rather than remaining permanently fixed
Google Play Billing & Android Compatibility
4. Google Play Billing Upgrade
The Android purchase flow was updated as part of the client's Play Store compatibility and billing correction requirements.
- Google Play Billing integration migrated to the requested newer billing architecture
- Application targeting updated for the requested Android 16 / API Level 36+ compatibility scope
- Play Store payment-related issues reviewed and corrected within the delivered project scope
5. Purchase Balance / Coin Credit Correction
A critical payment issue was addressed where a purchase could deduct the balance correctly but the expected Coin amount was not being added properly.
- Purchase transaction flow reviewed
- Balance deduction and Coin-credit workflow corrected
- Purchase completion logic synchronized so the user receives the purchased value after a valid transaction
Dynamic Payment Gateway Management
The payment interface was improved so that the application respects which payment gateways are enabled or disabled from the Admin Panel.
6. Disabled Gateway Protection
- Gateways disabled from the Admin Panel are not presented to users
- Only currently enabled gateways remain available for eligible purchases
- The same behavior applies to relevant My Wallet / VIP purchase workflows within the requested scope
7. Single-Gateway Smart Redirect
An unnecessary user step was removed from the payment process.
- If multiple gateways are enabled, the user receives the normal gateway-selection screen
- If only one gateway is enabled, the gateway-selection screen is skipped
- The user proceeds directly to the only available payment gateway
This creates a cleaner checkout experience because there is no reason to ask the user to select from a list when only one valid option exists.
Agency & BD Onboarding Improvements
8. Simplified Agency Creation
Agency onboarding was simplified according to the client's operational requirements.
- Mobile number no longer required during the specified Agency creation workflow
- Bank details no longer required during the specified Agency creation workflow
- Unnecessary mandatory fields were removed from the creation process
9. Simplified BD Creation
- Mobile number no longer required during the specified BD creation workflow
- Image no longer required during the specified BD creation workflow
- Creation flow reduced to the information actually required by the client's process
Host Request Workflow Redesign
The old Host Request workflow was replaced with a more direct Agency-driven invitation and user-acceptance process.
10. Host Request Removed
- Previous Host Request flow removed from the requested workflow
- Agency can initiate adding a user as Host
- The request is delivered to the user's message/inbox area
- User must accept the invitation
- After acceptance, the user becomes associated as a Host
This provides explicit user consent while reducing unnecessary request-management steps.
Wallet Improvements
11. Coin + Dollar Wallet Presentation
The My Wallet area was expanded beyond showing only Coin.
- Coin balance can be displayed
- Dollar-related balance/value can also be displayed according to the target/business rules
- Wallet presentation updated to reflect the client's revised monetization and withdrawal structure
Advanced Withdrawal Workflow
One of the larger parts of this delivery was the redesign of withdrawal processing across BD, Host, Agency and Coin Seller operations.
12. Multiple Withdrawal Ranges
- Different withdrawal ranges can support different Dollar withdrawal values
- Withdrawal rules can follow the configured business ranges rather than relying on one fixed amount
13. Coin Seller Based Withdrawal Processing
The withdrawal process was connected to the Coin Seller workflow.
Delivered process:
- Eligible BD / Host / Agency withdrawal request is created
- The request is routed to the relevant Coin Seller workflow
- Coin Seller can review the request
- Coin Seller can Accept or Cancel according to the defined permissions
- After acceptance, the request remains Pending until the required confirmation is completed
- When the receiving party confirms the payment/value has been received, the transaction can move forward
- The Coin Seller receives the calculated Coin amount according to the configured Admin percentage/business rule
14. Controlled Withdrawal Cancellation
- Coin Seller can Accept eligible requests
- Coin Seller can Cancel according to the implemented workflow
- The requesting user cannot arbitrarily cancel the transaction after it enters the protected processing state specified by the client
15. Admin-Controlled Coin Seller Percentage
Admin control was added for calculating how much Coin should be credited to the Coin Seller based on the withdrawal amount.
- Percentage/rule controlled from Admin Panel
- Settlement amount calculated according to configured percentage
- Coin Seller portal reflects the resulting credit according to the completed transaction workflow
16. Coin Seller Selection During Withdrawal
- Withdrawal flow can display the relevant Coin Seller identity
- Coin Seller ID/name information is available as part of the selection/process where required
- Withdrawal options follow the options configured from the Admin Panel

The Admin Panel was upgraded so financial requests can be monitored instead of remaining hidden inside application-only workflows.

Project Delivery Approach
This project demonstrates the type of work that is often required after a large application is already running in the real world.
Production applications continuously evolve. Business rules change, payment requirements change, Google Play requirements evolve, user-role workflows need adjustment, and clients discover areas where additional automation can reduce operational work.
Instead of rebuilding the application unnecessarily, Fah Swe completed the requested feature changes inside the existing Voice Party system and aligned the application and Admin Panel with the client's revised operating model.
Client-Focused Development
The correction list contained changes across multiple connected parts of the system, including room discovery, virtual currency, purchases, roles, agencies, hosts, wallets, withdrawals and Admin management.
These were treated as connected business workflows rather than independent UI changes. This approach helps reduce inconsistencies between what the mobile application displays and what administrators can control from the backend.
Project Result
The Feature Request 27 Jul 2026 delivery for Voice Party (Loan) was completed with the requested corrections and feature upgrades integrated into the existing platform.
The project delivered a more flexible room-ranking model, improved Android billing behavior, smarter payment-gateway selection, simplified role onboarding, an upgraded wallet experience, and a significantly expanded withdrawal and Coin Seller workflow.
The Admin Panel was also strengthened with additional financial and role-management visibility required for day-to-day platform operation.
Why This Project Matters

The My Wallet area was expanded beyond showing only Coin.

- Dollar-related balance/value can also be displayed according to the target/business rules
- Wallet presentation updated to reflect the client's revised monetization and withdrawal structure
Advanced Withdrawal Workflow
One of the larger parts of this delivery was the redesign of withdrawal processing across BD, Host, Agency and Coin Seller operations.

13. Coin Seller Based Withdrawal Processing
The withdrawal process was connected to the Coin Seller workflow.
Delivered process:
- Eligible BD / Host / Agency withdrawal request is created
- The request is routed to the relevant Coin Seller workflow
- Coin Seller can review the request
- Coin Seller can Accept or Cancel according to the defined permissions
- After acceptance, the request remains Pending until the required confirmation is completed
- When the receiving party confirms the payment/value has been received, the transaction can move forward
- The Coin Seller receives the calculated Coin amount according to the configured Admin percentage/business rule
14. Controlled Withdrawal Cancellation
- Coin Seller can Accept eligible requests
- Coin Seller can Cancel according to the implemented workflow
- The requesting user cannot arbitrarily cancel the transaction after it enters the protected processing state specified by the client
15. Admin-Controlled Coin Seller Percentage
Admin control was added for calculating how much Coin should be credited to the Coin Seller based on the withdrawal amount.

Project Delivery Approach
This project demonstrates the type of work that is often required after a large application is already running in the real world.
Production applications continuously evolve. Business rules change, payment requirements change, Google Play requirements evolve, user-role workflows need adjustment, and clients discover areas where additional automation can reduce operational work.
Instead of rebuilding the application unnecessarily, Fah Swe completed the requested feature changes inside the existing Voice Party system and aligned the application and Admin Panel with the client's revised operating model.
Client-Focused Development
The correction list contained changes across multiple connected parts of the system, including room discovery, virtual currency, purchases, roles, agencies, hosts, wallets, withdrawals and Admin management.
These were treated as connected business workflows rather than independent UI changes. This approach helps reduce inconsistencies between what the mobile application displays and what administrators can control from the backend.
Project Result
The Feature Request 27 Jul 2026 delivery for Voice Party (Loan) was completed with the requested corrections and feature upgrades integrated into the existing platform.
The project delivered a more flexible room-ranking model, improved Android billing behavior, smarter payment-gateway selection, simplified role onboarding, an upgraded wallet experience, and a significantly expanded withdrawal and Coin Seller workflow.
The Admin Panel was also strengthened with additional financial and role-management visibility required for day-to-day platform operation.
Why This Project Matters
A mature live application is not defined only by its original launch. Long-term software quality also depends on the ability to safely implement new business requirements without breaking existing user workflows.
This delivery is an example of Fah Swe's ongoing application-development approach: understand the client's operational requirement, update the required business logic, connect the mobile and administrative workflows, and deliver the requested changes as part of the existing production product.
