Original project notes

Multi-Vendor Shopping & E-Commerce

Scalable storefront with catalog, cart, checkout, vendor dashboards, and performance-optimized product imagery.

Fah Swe builds multi-vendor e-commerce platforms with SEO-ready catalog pages, inventory sync, payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, bKash), and vendor admin dashboards. Product images are served through Google Cloud CDN and image optimization pipelines — WebP/AVIF transforms, lazy loading, and responsive srcset — so storefronts stay fast under traffic spikes. Google Optimize (or GA4 experiments) hooks support A/B testing on landing and checkout flows.
