1. Host Type Management — Audio Host & Video Host
A complete Host Type management system has been implemented for Jonaki Live. Administrators can now classify approved Hosts as either Audio Host or Video Host.
The final room-access rules are:
- Audio Host: can open Audio Rooms only.
- Video Host: can open Video Rooms only.
The restriction is enforced by the backend and is not dependent only on the Android interface. This helps prevent room-type permission bypass through outdated or modified clients.
Host Type can also be changed later by an authorized administrator when required.
Admin & Agency Host Approval
Host Type selection has been integrated into both relevant Host approval workflows. New approved Hosts must be assigned a valid Host Type, helping keep Host permissions consistent throughout the platform.
Bulk Host Type Management
A bulk Host Type classification workflow was also added to the Admin Panel. Administrators can select multiple Hosts, including filtered Host groups, and assign Audio Host or Video Host status efficiently instead of editing large numbers of accounts one by one.
Bulk changes include validation, confirmation and updated Host Type summary counts.
2. Audio Live Time & Session Count Correction
Jonaki Live's Audio Live tracking was upgraded so that Audio Live sessions are now recorded reliably in a similar manner to Video Live sessions.
The correction covers:
- Audio Live start time
- Audio Live end time
- Actual Live duration
- Audio Live session count
- Reconnect handling
- Duplicate-end protection
- Unexpected disconnect handling
- Stale Live session cleanup
- Server-authoritative duration calculation
The system avoids incorrectly increasing Live count due to setup screens, reconnects or duplicate events. Historical production data was preserved rather than artificially modifying older records whose missing duration could not be reliably reconstructed.
3. Dynamic Live Reward System
The Live Reward system was rebuilt and extended so that both Audio Hosts and Video Hosts can qualify for Live Rewards according to Admin-controlled requirements.
The final calculation follows the Host's approved type:
- Audio Host: reward progress is calculated from valid Audio Live activity.
- Video Host: reward progress is calculated from valid Video Live activity.
Audio and Video activity are not incorrectly mixed when calculating a Host's reward progress.
Dynamic Admin Reward Controls
The Admin Panel now provides configurable Live Reward rules including:
- Minimum Live Time per qualifying day
- Minimum Live Days
- Minimum Continuous Live Duration
- Reward Amount
These settings allow the platform administrator to update Live Reward requirements dynamically without rebuilding the Android application.
Eligible Live Day Calculation
Multiple valid Live sessions within the same business day can contribute toward the required daily Live time. If a Minimum Continuous Live Duration is enabled, the Host must also complete a qualifying continuous Live session according to the configured rule.
Audio & Video Reward Separation
An Audio Host's progress is based on Audio Live records, while a Video Host's progress is based on Video Live records. This ensures that Host Type, Live activity and Reward eligibility remain synchronized.
4. Automatic Live Reward Wallet Credit
When a Host successfully completes the configured Live Reward requirements, the reward can be credited automatically to the Host's wallet.
The system includes financial safety mechanisms designed to prevent:
- Duplicate reward payment
- Repeated reward requests crediting the wallet twice
- Concurrent reward evaluation causing double credit
- Interrupted reward processing losing a valid reward
- Duplicate Live Reward wallet-history entries
- Old reward cycles being credited again after newer cycles
A dedicated reward grant history is maintained so completed reward cycles remain traceable and previous qualifying activity cannot simply be reused for another reward.
5. Live Reward Cycle & Settings Protection
A Host's Live Reward cycle begins from the first valid qualifying Live activity for that cycle. The reward settings that apply at the beginning of the cycle are preserved for that cycle.
If an administrator changes the Reward requirements while a Host is already progressing through a cycle, the running cycle remains based on its existing settings. Updated settings are used for the next applicable cycle.
After a completed reward cycle, the next cycle begins when the Host starts the next valid qualifying Live session. This avoids unnecessarily locking future Reward settings before new Live activity begins.
6. Live Reward Crash Recovery
Additional recovery protection was implemented for situations where a valid Live session is successfully created but reward-cycle initialization is interrupted unexpectedly.
The relevant Reward settings are preserved with the authoritative Live-session information so the system can recover the correct cycle and avoid losing valid Live time because of a backend interruption.
Live Room availability is also protected so a secondary Reward configuration issue does not unnecessarily prevent a valid Host from starting a Live Room.
7. Host Live Reward Progress
The Host Panel now provides Live Reward progress information so Hosts can understand their current status.
Available information includes:
- Host Type
- Today's qualifying Live Time
- Required Live Time
- Longest qualifying session when applicable
- Eligible Days completed
- Required Live Days
- Total qualifying Live Time
- Reward Amount
- Current Reward progress/status
8. Monthly Receiving Time & Monthly Calculation System
A new Monthly Calculation and reporting system has been implemented for Jonaki Live.
The monthly business reporting period follows the required Bangladesh business-time rule:
- New monthly cycle begins on the 1st day of every month at 6:00 AM.
- The cycle continues until the next month's 1st day at 5:59 AM.
The implementation uses date-window calculations instead of deleting or resetting production financial data. This means each new reporting month begins from zero from the reporting perspective while previous months remain available as historical records.
9. Monthly Receiving Leaderboard
The Admin Panel now includes a leaderboard-style Receiving Report based on authoritative Room Gift receiving records.
Administrators can see ranked Receiving totals for the selected reporting period together with relevant account information and summary totals.
10. Monthly Sending Leaderboard
A dedicated Sending Report has been implemented for Room Gift sending activity.
The system uses sender-side transaction records to calculate Sending totals and presents the highest Sending users in leaderboard order.
11. Agency Earning Leaderboard
The Monthly Report system also provides an Agency Earning leaderboard based on the platform's existing Agency earning/commission records.
No artificial commission percentage is calculated by the reporting page. Existing authoritative financial records are used for the report.
12. Monthly Report Filters
The Admin Monthly Report includes flexible server-side filtering.
- Month selection
- Custom From Date
- Custom To Date
- Minimum Amount
- Maximum Amount
For example, an administrator can select a period such as 5 March 2026 to 22 March 2026 and receive only the matching report data for that period.
Custom date calculations follow the same backend-authoritative 6:00 AM Bangladesh business-day boundary used by the monthly system, preventing browser or device timezone differences from changing financial reports.
13. Total Amount, Total List & Pagination
Monthly report responses include totals based on all matching records, not only the currently displayed page.
The Admin can see:
- Total matching list/count
- Total matching amount
- Ranked report results
- Pagination information
Aggregation and sorting are performed by the backend rather than sending large financial datasets to the browser, helping maintain Admin Panel performance as production data grows.
14. Monthly Audio & Video Live Timing
The Monthly reporting system reuses Jonaki Live's corrected Live session history to calculate Audio and Video Live duration for the selected reporting window.
If a Live session crosses a monthly or custom report boundary, only the portion of the session that belongs inside the selected reporting period is counted.
This provides more accurate monthly Audio Live and Video Live reporting without creating a second Live tracking system.
15. Historical Monthly Reports
Previous monthly financial and Live activity records remain available to administrators.
A new month does not delete the previous month's Receiving, Sending, Agency Earning, Audio Live or Video Live history. Historical periods can be queried directly through the Monthly Report system.
16. Agora Voice Room Stability Improvement
The Audio Live / Voice Room implementation was audited after reports of intermittent voice interruption where audio could stop, resume, stop again and reconnect repeatedly.
A major source of unnecessary audio interruption was identified in repeated audio-state and audio-route application triggered by frequent room seat updates.
The Android Voice Room logic was improved so microphone/audio-route state is no longer unnecessarily re-applied for unrelated room events.
This reduces unnecessary audio interruptions in active and busy Voice Rooms while preserving seat mute/unmute behavior.
17. Agora Token Renewal Correction
The Agora audio token-renewal flow was audited and corrected so renewal uses the same Audio Live channel identity as the actual joined channel.
Token-renewal error handling was also made safer so a renewal problem does not unnecessarily crash the Android application.
The existing Agora SDK version was preserved to minimize compatibility risk in the production application.
18. Voice Room Connection Architecture Preserved
Agora RTC and Socket.IO responsibilities remain separated.
Temporary Socket.IO reconnection does not unnecessarily force the Android application to leave and rejoin the Agora RTC channel. Existing Agora connection recovery behavior remains responsible for RTC network recovery.
The existing speaker, wired headset and Bluetooth audio-routing architecture was preserved while reducing unnecessary route re-application.
19. Video Live Beauty Improvement
Jonaki Live already included an Agora-based Beauty system with manual controls. Instead of adding a duplicate Beauty SDK or increasing application size, Fah Swe improved the existing Beauty defaults.
The updated default Video Live appearance now provides:
- Brighter skin-lightening / whiteness effect
- Improved healthy rosy/red tone
- Balanced facial smoothing
- Preserved facial detail and sharpness
- Automatic application when Video Live begins
Improved Beauty Defaults
The existing Beauty default values were tuned to provide a brighter and more professional Live appearance while avoiding an excessively blurred or artificial result.
- Whiteness / Light default increased
- Redness / Rosy default increased moderately
- Smoothness reduced to a more natural professional level
- Existing Sharpness behavior preserved
Users can still manually change the existing Beauty controls during their Live session.
20. Solo Video Live, Multi Live & PK Live Beauty
The Beauty improvement applies through the shared local Video Live broadcasting flow and therefore supports:
- Solo Video Live
- Multi Video Live
- PK Live broadcasting
Beauty processing is applied to the broadcaster's local camera feed. Remote participant video is not unnecessarily processed on the viewer side.
Switching the camera does not require an Agora channel reconnect and the existing Beauty configuration remains available through the current Video Live session.
21. Admin Panel Improvements
Multiple Admin management improvements were delivered during this development, including:
- Host Type selection during Host approval
- Host Type editing for existing Hosts
- Bulk Host Type classification
- Host Type summary filters
- Audio and Video Live statistics
- Dynamic Live Reward configuration
- Minimum Live Time settings
- Minimum Live Day settings
- Minimum Continuous Live Duration settings
- Reward Amount management
- Monthly Receiving report
- Monthly Sending report
- Agency Earning report
- Month and custom date filtering
- Minimum/Maximum amount filters
- Total report summaries
22. Host Panel Improvements
The Host Panel was enhanced with Live Reward progress information so Hosts have clearer visibility into the requirements they have completed and what remains before receiving the configured reward.
23. Production Data Safety
Jonaki Live is an active production application, so development and deployment were performed with production data safety as a major priority.
The upgrade avoided destructive financial/data-reset behavior. Existing production information such as:
- User accounts
- Wallet balances
- Gift history
- Room history
- Live history
- Reward history
- Agency records
- Historical monthly records
was preserved while new features were introduced using backward-compatible approaches.
24. Production Deployment & Verification
Backend and Admin-side production changes were deployed to the live Jonaki Live environment using minimal, scoped updates.
Production verification included:
- Backend service health
- MongoDB connectivity
- Admin Panel availability
- Host Panel availability
- Agency Panel availability
- Audio/Video Live regression checks
- Gift API availability
- Wallet-related safety checks
- Live Reward reporting
- Monthly Report authentication and filtering
- Receiving/Sending/Agency Earning reports against production records
Only necessary backend services were restarted during deployment instead of rebooting or unnecessarily restarting the entire production environment.
25. Application Build & Performance
The Android application was successfully compiled in Debug and Release configurations after the Android corrections.
The Voice Room stability correction and Video Beauty tuning did not add a new Agora SDK, Beauty SDK, heavy image processing library or other unnecessary runtime dependency.
The recent Android logic and Beauty changes therefore introduced no meaningful APK size increase.
26. Development Cleanup
Temporary testing, smoke-check and debugging files used during development were removed after verification. Production deliverables were kept focused on runtime application code.
No large permanent test suites, demo assets or unnecessary debug files were intentionally included in the Android, Admin, Host or backend production deliverables.

- Minimum Live Day settings
- Minimum Continuous Live Duration settings
- Reward Amount management
- Monthly Receiving report
- Monthly Sending report
- Agency Earning report
- Month and custom date filtering
- Minimum/Maximum amount filters
- Total report summaries
22. Host Panel Improvements
The Host Panel was enhanced with Live Reward progress information so Hosts have clearer visibility into the requirements they have completed and what remains before receiving the configured reward.
23. Production Data Safety
Jonaki Live is an active production application, so development and deployment were performed with production data safety as a major priority.
The upgrade avoided destructive financial/data-reset behavior. Existing production information such as:
- User accounts
- Wallet balances
- Gift history
- Room history
- Live history
- Reward history
- Agency records
- Historical monthly records
was preserved while new features were introduced using backward-compatible approaches.
24. Production Deployment & Verification
Backend and Admin-side production changes were deployed to the live Jonaki Live environment using minimal, scoped updates.
Production verification included:
- Backend service health
- MongoDB connectivity
- Admin Panel availability
- Host Panel availability
- Agency Panel availability
- Audio/Video Live regression checks
- Gift API availability
- Wallet-related safety checks
- Live Reward reporting
- Monthly Report authentication and filtering
- Receiving/Sending/Agency Earning reports against production records

The platform now provides administrators with improved control over Hosts, Live activity, rewards and financial reports while providing Hosts with clearer progress tracking and a more stable Live experience.
The work was completed with a production-first approach to preserve existing user data, financial records, historical information and active service stability.
