Fah Swe Rent Program

1. What is App Rent?

Fah Swe App Rent lets you operate a live branded app instance after paying a setup fee. You manage branding and activation from My Rentals in the client portal.

Rent is for running a production-style instance with Fah Swe — it is not a downloadable source-code package. For owned source, use Digital Products or the Loan Program instead.

2. How rent works

Browse the rent catalog on /rent and open an app page to see features, setup fee (USD, also shown in your preferred currency), and demo materials.

You submit a rent order with app name, package name, logo, company details, and payment proof. The order waits for Fah Swe admin review.

When admin confirms/approves, your rental becomes ACTIVE under My Rentals, free support period can start, and Fah Swe automatically opens an IN_PROGRESS setup project so you can track branding/build/delivery progress on the dashboard banner.

Revenue share defaults (Fah Swe share / client share) are applied on the active rental according to admin rent settings.

3. How to apply / order

Step 1 — Create an account and sign in at fahswe.com.

Step 2 — Open /rent, choose an app, and click Rent / Apply.

Step 3 — Fill branding fields (custom app name, package, logo URL, company, addresses, country) and payment method/proof.

Step 4 — Submit. Status stays Pending review until Fah Swe confirms payment and activates the rental.

Step 5 — Watch Dashboard banners and My Rentals. Open the linked setup project to follow progress percent until delivery is finished.

4. After approval

My Rentals shows your ACTIVE instance with branding fields you submitted.

A setup project titled like “Rent setup · YourApp” appears under Projects with live progress — same progress banner style used for other in-progress client work.

Support tickets can be opened while free support is active; after that use Pricing support plans.

Affiliate: if someone you referred pays rent setup, commission may credit your wallet per Affiliate rules.

5. Rent vs Digital vs Loan

Digital Products — buy once, download source kits.

Loan — advance + monthly installments; after completion you receive full source under loan rules.

Rent — setup fee + live instance + revenue share; no source ZIP download.

6. Rules & support

Only Fah Swe admin can approve rent orders. Rejected orders stay out of My Rentals.

Branding must follow store and package policies; illegal or abusive apps may be refused.

Payment disputes or chargebacks can suspend the rental.

English and Bangla UI are supported site-wide; this document is available at /program/rent and /bn/program/rent.

Q: Do I get source code with Rent? A: No. Use Digital or Loan for source.

Q: When does the progress banner appear? A: After admin approve — an IN_PROGRESS rent setup project is created automatically.

Q: Where do I manage the app? A: Dashboard → My Rentals.

Q: Worldwide? A: Yes — Fah Swe serves Bangladesh and worldwide clients from Sylhet.
