Rent means rent. Fah Swe can rent any kind of app: a ready-made catalog app, or a new app built for you to rent. You pay the admin monthly amount for as long as you use it. Extra features are your own development price — Fah Swe develops them after you pay, always 40% off. You never receive source code, ZIP, or files. Apply, review, correction, lock, KYC, then sign the contract in the client dashboard — then the project starts.

1. What rent means
Fah Swe rent is monthly rent for the life of use. You operate a live branded instance. You do not own the product and you do not get source code.
Two apply paths: existing ready-made rent apps from the catalog, or new development (title + description) with a default extra charge plus monthly rent that admin can adjust.
Example: you pay the listed admin amount per month. If you need extra features, that is your own development price. Fah Swe can develop those features when you pay — always at 40% off.
2. How rent works
Open /rent. Choose a ready-made app or New development. Read the rent rules dialog and tick I agree before you apply.
Ready-made shows the listed monthly rent. New development shows the default extra charge and monthly rent from settings.
Admin reviews in the existing Rent Orders admin. Correction can go client ↔ admin. When correction is locked, KYC is required (ID photos, face, signature).
Fah Swe then creates a contract filled with your KYC. You sign it only in the client dashboard (not a public page). After the signed contract, the rent project starts.
3. How to apply
Step 1 — Create an account and sign in.
Step 2 — /rent → existing ready-made app, or New development.
Step 3 — Agree to rent rules (required tick).
Step 4 — Ready-made: branding fields. New development: H1/H2 title and description. Submit.
Step 5 — Follow My Rentals for correction, KYC, and contract sign.
4. After lock, KYC & sign
Locked correction → complete KYC in the dashboard.
Contract is created automatically with name, company, NID/ID photos, and face. Sign it.
After sign, My Rentals shows the active instance and an in-progress rent project.
Monthly rent continues while you use the app. Admin may have adjusted the amount during review.
Extra features stay a separate Feature Order at your own development price. Fah Swe builds them after payment, always 40% off.
5. Rent vs Digital vs Loan
Digital Products — buy once, download source kits.
Loan — advance + monthly installments; after completion you receive full source. KYC and a signed contract are required before the loan project starts.
Rent — monthly rent for life of use; live instance; no source or ZIP.
6. Rules
Rent is rent. No source, ZIP, or file handover.
