1. What is App Loan?

Fah Swe App Loan lets you acquire a full app product with an advance payment plus scheduled monthly installments. After the loan path completes under program rules, you receive source access as defined for that loan product.

Loan is designed for clients who want ownership-style delivery over time, not a one-time digital download and not a rent-only live instance.

2. How the loan works

Browse /loan, open a product, review total price, advance amount, monthly due, and installment months.

Submit a loan application with branding (app name, package, logo, company) and advance payment proof. Status stays Pending review until Fah Swe admin approves.

On approve, Fah Swe creates your LoanAccount + installment schedule, can create advance invoices, starts free support when configured, and auto-creates an IN_PROGRESS “Loan setup” project so the dashboard progress banner tracks delivery work.

Pay installments from My Loans. Overdue dues can show sticky dashboard banners until paid.

3. How to get / apply

Step 1 — Register / login on fahswe.com.

Step 2 — Open /loan and choose a loan product.

Step 3 — Fill application form and pay/submit the required advance proof.

Step 4 — Wait for admin confirmation. You will get a portal notification when the loan is activated.

Step 5 — Track My Loans + the setup project progress banner until source/delivery steps complete per your agreement.

4. Advance & monthly dues

Advance is required up front (full or partial as shown at approve time). Remaining advance can appear as an early installment line when applicable.

Monthly dues appear in My Loans with due dates. Pay from the portal; paid rows clear related banners.

Affiliate commission may apply on advance (and other paid loan amounts) when the buyer used your referral — see Client Program / Affiliate.

5. After approval

Loan status becomes ACTIVE with a LoanAccount and installment list.

A project such as “Loan setup · YourApp” is created IN_PROGRESS for branding/build/source delivery tracking.

Free support window can start on activation; afterward use Pricing plans for tickets.

When admin marks source delivered / loan complete per product rules, follow dashboard instructions for download or handover.

6. Loan vs Rent vs Digital

Digital — single purchase, immediate source kit download.

Rent — monthly rent for life of use, live instance, no source ZIP.

Loan — advance + installments, source/handover after program completion.

7. FAQ

Q: Can I start without advance? A: No — advance proof/review is part of the apply flow.

Q: Why is there a progress banner? A: Admin approve auto-creates a loan setup project in progress.

Q: What if a month is overdue? A: Pay from My Loans; overdue banners stay until paid.

Q: Bangla? A: Yes — /bn/program/loan.

Loan cancellation — no refund

You can request cancellation of a Fah Swe app loan or development loan at any time from My Loans. A request needs administrator approval. You can withdraw it before approval; submitting a request alone does not cancel your agreement.

After an administrator approves cancellation, all remaining unpaid loan amounts, including overdue amounts, are cancelled. Amounts already paid, including the advance and installments, are not refunded because Fah Swe has already provided setup, development, access or support. This does not limit any refund or remedy required by applicable law.

Loan service entitlement ends on approval. The private loan project and that loan's KYC links are scheduled for cleanup 24 hours after approval, at the next maintenance run. The dashboard shows the approval and cleanup times. Hosting, app credentials and third-party publishing changes are handled by Fah Swe staff where necessary.

Paid invoices, actual payments and the written agreement remain for accounting. The published Recent Work / portfolio case study stays at its existing URL with a visible Cancelled loan label. A completed historical delivery is not presented as an active loan.

Sell or transfer your loan app

An owner can request a transfer to another active, registered Fah Swe account. The receiving account must accept the current loan schedule and transfer terms, provide its own KYC, and receive manual administrator approval. Never share your account password with the buyer. Fah Swe does not collect or guarantee a private resale price between the two parties.

Once the receiving account accepts, the project is paused during identity review. The loan does not become active for the buyer until KYC is approved and Fah Swe completes the transfer. A rejected, withdrawn or expired transfer restores the previous loan state. A pending invitation expires after seven days.

The original total, actual paid credit, remaining balance, installment amounts, currency and due dates are carried forward without a reset, discount or new advance. All paid, partially paid and unpaid invoices for the loan project move to the receiving account with the same invoice numbers, dates, amounts, payment records and outstanding balances. The original billing party and the account on which earlier payments were recorded remain in the accounting history. The receiving account can open the invoices and pay remaining amounts; the former account loses invoice access. KYC, identity signatures and private payment-proof uploads are not shared with the buyer. If the schedule changes during review, the buyer must review and accept the updated terms again.

The recipient may choose an app display name once for the lifetime of that loan. After the transfer saves that change, later editing or another rename is disabled. The original project title and ranked URL stay unchanged. Recent Work can show the original name, current display name and transfer status without exposing KYC or either party's private contact details.

After successful transfer, the former account loses project and future-payment access. Its loan-specific KYC is detached and deleted when no other active agreement needs the same identity pack. The buyer's KYC is kept only under the normal active-loan retention rules. Fah Swe staff complete hosting and access handover; historical financial records stay intact.

Identity cleanup after cancellation or transfer

For an approved cancellation, the 24-hour cleanup clock starts at administrator approval, not at the time of the client request. For an approved transfer, the old owner's loan-specific KYC is detached when the transfer completes. ID images, face capture and signature images are removed from live storage when they are no longer required by another active loan or rental.

A shared identity pack needed by another active agreement is not erased prematurely. Restricted disaster-recovery backups follow the existing 30-day expiry rule; they are not a separate KYC archive and deleted identity documents must not be restored into active use. Written accounting records, non-image consent records and any applicable legal hold remain subject to the Privacy Policy.

Support coverage, renewal and feature extensions

One support plan covers all projects owned by the client account, including future projects. Eligible loan, rental and digital purchases retain their included support. A newly completed development has at least six months of included coverage from actual delivery, applied once without stacking a second six-month bonus. Existing free support benefits for rental and digital purchases remain available. Check the exact start and expiry in Dashboard → Support Plans; publishing this policy does not reset existing agreements or administrator-adjusted dates.

When both included and paid coverage have ended, purchase a support plan to renew. Technical support, bug/error assistance and support-ticket work are unavailable until renewal. Official contact remains available for account, billing, security and legally required communications.

Final delivery of each new paid feature adds one calendar month to support for the whole client account, once per paid, non-cancelled feature card. The month is added after the current active expiry; if coverage already expired, it starts from delivery. Quotes, requests, test builds and repeated delivery of the same feature do not add months.

Each coverage period receives at most two expiry emails: one seven days before expiry/within that reminder window and one when it expires. Each one-month feature extension has a separate confirmation email. Close the red dashboard warning with × to dismiss that same warning for the current period. A new period or changed expiry status can show a new relevant warning. Full policy: /support-policy.

Overdue installments and admin access

Loan installments, feature orders and ordinary development orders have separate payments. Feature or ordinary-order payments do not credit a loan, extend its deadline, or activate or suspend its admin access. This automatic admin lock applies only to actual overdue loan installments.

App-loan and development-loan installment dates follow Asia/Dhaka time. Only the unpaid part becomes overdue after its due date ends. If it remains unpaid 7 days after the due date, the owner’s admin access locks automatically. The user app, rooms, balances and saved records keep running. This does not cancel the agreement, forgive debt or refund payments. The ordinary maintenance switch cannot remove the lock.

Every confirmed partial payment for an overdue installment grants one day per whole 1% of its remaining overdue balance immediately before payment: 2% grants 2 days, 3% grants 3 days, and 10% grants 10 days. There is no cap. Fractions are rounded down to whole days; below 1% reduces the debt but adds no time. A smaller early payment does not shorten an already granted deadline.

An extension applies only to the installment that received the payment. Other overdue installments or separate security, KYC or manual holds can keep admin access locked. At extension expiry, unpaid arrears lock access again. The remaining debt and original installment/invoice due dates do not change. Reusing a receipt, reloading a page, resyncing an old payment or submitting unverified proof does not extend time.

Each installment receives at most four payment emails: once 3 days before the due date, once on the due date, once on the first overdue day, and once at the 7-day suspension. No repeated weekly email follows for the same arrears. The dashboard shows the actual remaining amount and exact extended deadline in Dhaka time. Dismissing a warning hides it for 24 hours. A future partly paid installment is not labelled overdue before its actual due date.

Open the installment or its invoice in Loans and use the official payment methods. Pending proof prevents a new automatic lock for that installment; unverified proof does not remove an existing lock. If you already paid, do not pay the same amount again; contact Fah Swe with your reference.
